Governmental Control
The government clearly has control of us but in how many ways? The government has been controlling us mentally, physically, and emotionally. They allow for our perception on things to become warped by large companies that support and can even fund their habits and governmental goals such as those that put out society's idea of beauty. They put out health advice that isn't backed up by evidence to keep the majority of people from reaching their full potential such as 8 hours of sleep a night. The average human being is supposed to have 6-7. Humans are also supposed to sleep twice a day which is called biphasic sleeping. Consolidating sleep and sleeping too much keeps our bodies from functioning properly and can have harmful long term effects on our bodies. Pizza has been listed as a vegetable on the food pyramid which isn't even correct to begin with. If one were to eat the amount of grains (which in most cases is process and just a lot of carbs) can end up making a person overweight over time. They may make things sound like everything is how it should be but it's not. They don't want us to live long because they want us gone. The government is hurting us more than we know.
